Metabolix to Conduct a Webcast of Its First Quarter 2011 Earnings Call

CAMBRIDGE, Mass.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Metabolix, Inc. (NASDAQ: MBLX), a bioscience company focused on bringing clean, sustainable solutions to the plastics, chemicals and energy industries, announced today that it will be releasing its first quarter financial results after the market close on Wednesday, April 27, 2011. Richard Eno, the Company's President and CEO, and Joseph Hill, CFO, will host a conference call on the same day at 4:30 p.m. (Eastern) to discuss the results of the first quarter ended March 31, 2011.
